We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Free Shipping:
– Available on orders over $50 USD
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
– Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international shipments.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in your order total.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every item in our collections with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make the return process as seamless as our premium products.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened table linens (due to potential contamination)
  • Used kitchen accessories that come in contact with food
  • Custom or personalized tableware items

Final sale items will be clearly marked as non-returnable at time of purchase.

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Step 3: Package Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • In your email, specify the replacement item you desire
  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
